Peripatetic Barycenter

If a barycenter wobbles and pirouettes around a “most probable” path or central band of statistical measurement(s), and if observed/calculated planetary and solar dynamics are a function of this mercurial relativistic particularity as it wanders across & through the galactic plane with c. 30M year driving frequency, what are the resonant properties of this system?

I ask only because, from a perspective infused by philosophical cybernetics, there is a dynamical bootstrap in complex systems that seems to be grounded in reciprocal causality. This is to say – a peripatetic (i.e. wandering) barycenter is not simply causal of but is also caused by planetary, solar and galactic “choreography”.

The complex, if stochastic, indeterminacy of a wandering focal point may in some sense become a core dependency of the integrated constellation of broader dependencies and feedback loops. We observe astronomical dynamics as being “caused by”, this causality is in some way dependent upon the continuous uncertainty of relational indeterminacy.

Now – consider the galactic barycenter, the local galactic cluster’s barycenter, the larger-scale cosmological reference frames. It seems to this partially-informed, intrigued observer as an energy source.
