I have spent decades investigating how systems, language, technology, culture and human life are bound together. This blog collects fragments of that investigation. The ideas are my own, although I now use generative AI to help compose, test and communicate them.
Under my framework, everything and everyone is, in part or in whole, fictional. Not because nothing exists, but because identities are provisional constructions arising from relationships, recurrence and interpretation. Every statement, theory and description, including everything written on this site, participates in the same process. Fictionality is not a question of truth or falsehood, but a condition of description itself. Nothing stands outside the transient relationships upon which it depends, including the logic used to explain them.
Even the person writing this is a persistent approximation, not an irreducible entity. Hilarious, really, considering how seriously we take ourselves, and all the good, bad and ugly consequences that follow.
This blog is personal, non-commercial and unaffiliated with any ideological, political, corporate or academic orthodoxy. The work can stand or fall on its own merits. I will, however, call bullshit where it is due.
