Reflecting on the resonant intersection of the above facts, this situation embodies a poignant irony. Are governments anywhere able to manage this Global pollution and climate situation?

We clearly need a new model of and interpretive framework for government, of culture, of personal identity and of life on Earth. Whether we will get one in time remains a difficult question but what is certain is that while India plays a role, all countries and all people of the world are responsible for our shared future.
