Cultural life is a beautiful thing. In many ways it represents the hidden bonding unity of a people or a place. Always be wary of anyone who attempts to crush or erase cultural difference – the living thread and flow of human history is because of any fear of difference or Otherness, it is what it is because we are constantly learning from each other. These adaptive abstractions of language and cultural presence are only threatening to the ignorant, the insecure and the hollow pathological vessels of shallow ideology and fear.
We are as a species and global civilisation not unified because of a fear of difference. We are, however, still unified at a precognitive and foundational level – not in spite of our differences, but because of them.
